I found Roy’s to be extremely trustworthy and offer quality service. Before I moved to this area over 26 years ago, I had heard of Roy’s. I have never been disappointed nor will you👍😎👏 Most recently I experienced a situation where extensive trouble shooting led them to replace a part which was important. The process was transparent and fully covered under warranty. Once again my highest recommendation to the staff and management at Roy’s.❤️

Everyone there is very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. They take the time to explain everything that needs to be done and lets us know what we have to watch for, for the future that may need to be done. They give you a written, detailed estimate for the work and if they get to something on the list that isn't needed to be done, they don't do it. It saves us putting out extra money. They are very honest people.

So I was on my way up north on vacation when the car broke down. At the mercy of local mechanics to get things back up and running. Well luckily it was Roy's who was the closest shop. Fox was professional from the start, quick service, detailed explanation, proper inspection. Service delivered as promised with a fair price. Fox knows his stuff . Very friendly as well. If I ever am in the area and need Service I will definitely return. If i lived up there I would take my car there regularly. Thanks team for making things as smoothly as possible . Brought in my work truck for a quick tire repair and the manager fit me in right away. The mechanic working on my truck was thorough and very nice, he showed me the work that needed to be completed from the 3" carriage bolt stuck in my tire, i thought i was going to have to get a new tire but they were able to save this one. pricing was very reasonable, just from the rapid service and the knowledgable staff this will be my new "go to" service centre. thanks Roy's Service Cntr!!

I’ve been burned by seeking out the “cheapest” mechanic. Then I found Erskine’s in Orangeville and they were great, but a little far to get to. Then I found out Roy’s was the same owner! The Napa warranty gives me peace of mind. And their turnaround time is reasonable and their online inspection report is informative and helpful. Great customer service as well. I highly recommend Roy’s and Erkine’s.
