This should go beyond five stars. While my car was being worked on this shop had lent me their car. I was driving their car when I was hit head on by a drunk driver. His lender car was totalled. This shop was not at all upset with me and many staff members showed concern for my well being. They had given me all info I needed to know and even recommended a place where I could go for concussion rehab to be treated very kindly that the owner had personally found helpful. They had then delivered my car to my house when it was finished. My car is running great after serious issues and they did they work even though its a Mini Cooper and needed special parts. I will continue to go here for all maintenance as I’ve never trusted a mechanic until now and I’ve been to many. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I had went to Roy’s as it was closest and my car was barely starting or accelerating. Within one week they had diagnosed my car needing a new turbo with other issues (very costly) but had really done this best job to cut costs for me as a student anywhere they could. They had done extra work at no cost and kind things, which made me feel at ease in a stressful situation and they had remained reassuring. Not only that but they simply gave me their car to use in the meantime to drive an hour to work which they were aware of that distance. A very kind, helpful and honest team.
