I have gone to Roy's Service since the early 1980's for car maintenance, repairs and advice and have always been extremely satisfied with their quality of work and, just as important to me, their human approach to their customers. They look at the overall needs of their customer, what he specifically needs at the time, what he can afford, how long he wants to keep his auto before replacing it etc, to take into account before recommending what has to be done to the vehicle. I guess I would say instead of just focussing on the car they focus on the person! When RSC Automotive Sales Consulting started up last fall, because we had had such a successful relationship with Roy's Service, my wife chose to go there to replace her old van. She's had the new van four months now and is very satisfied with its performance and the price she paid! All in all I feel our community is really fortunate to be served by such an excellent business.
